The only challenge I have found learning the Groover Method was in the early stages when my condition would make me tired and I would revert back to bad riding habits.
The Groover Method totally changes the way you ride a mountain bike for the better, and it makes it way more FUN. I think enjoying riding is the most important aspect of riding.
Join, practice the Groover Method, use it on the trails, and you will become a more confident, faster MTBer and have a whole lot of fun.
I would just like to thank Chris and his mountain biking Method for putting in the time and effort to get this all up and running and helping people like me to ride faster, safer, and enjoy MTBing.
Last year I did my first 9hr race, which included 101kms. I wasn't in it to get a place, just simply to ride the whole race with a plan to finish, and I did it using the Groover Method.
